Hey there!
I’m Kellie, lover of all things health and wellness. I have a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Sciences and Master’s Degree of Physician Assistant from Gannon University in Erie, Pa. As life has moved me, and eventually my family, from Pittsburgh to Atlanta to San Francisco to Denver, I realized that being a PA was not filling my happiness bucket like it used to. After two children, though, I learned that sleep does! I love the science of development, the problem solving approach, and the care and love that goes into cultivating these tiny sleepers.
We are now back in San Francisco enjoying the city life. Our family of four still enjoys all that the mountains have to offer, from hiking to skiing. We also have a love for travel and exploring. Our oldest checked off 17 states by the age of 2! When we’re in town, you can find us running and playing outside.
As a sleep consultant, I believe in healthy sleep habits for a happy, healthy child who can thrive during this crucial time of development. I want to create a sleep plan for you and your child that you feel comfortable with to accommodate your parenting style. Will there be crying? Of course, that is your little one’s only way to protest change. There will be some small amount of protest, but I will never ask you to ignore your little one. My strategies provide you with the knowledge and motivation about WHY sleep is so important, an easy to follow plan based on your child, and expectations to measure success.
We are happy to say that after only a few weeks of consistent dedication, and with Kellie’s help, we now have a happier, more peaceful child AND bedtime routine. She no longer fights, screams, or gets up in the middle of the night. She even wakes up a happier person. The crying has stopped for all of us! There is no way we could have done this without Kellie’s guidance and wisdom, and for that we are forever grateful.
